Mickey Shaw  Mickey Shaw, PE - President & CEO
Mickey Shaw's career is distinguished by his diverse background in upstream oil and gas operations in the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Shaw recently served as VP of Production for Bennu Oil & Gas and VP of Operations at ATP Oil & Gas Company. Mr. Shaw helped build ATP Oil & Gas from 10 offshore structures to more than 40 structures, including 2 deep water floating production facilities and multiple deep water subsea tie-backs in water depths up to 7,600 feet. Mr. Shaw drove all aspects of the upstream business and was heavily involved in operations, field development and cross-functional projects.

Mr. Shaw earned his BS in Natural Gas Engineering from Texas A&M University, Kingsville and is a registered Professional Engineer (Texas). He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Association of Drilling Engineers and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. He authored OTC paper 12123 "Garden Banks 388 Deepwater Decommissioning: Regulatory Considerations, Issues and Challenges".

Earl W. McNiel  Earl W. McNiel - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McNiel is Chief Financial Officer of Atlantia Resources LLC. He has more than thirty-five years of experience with public companies, primarily in the energy and waste management industries, and has broad experience in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting. From 2015 until joining the Company, Mr. McNiel worked as a financial consultant to oil and gas exploration and production companies, most recently as a Managing Director with Tanglewood Capital Partners. From 2012 to 2015, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Erin Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company focused on Africa. From 2009 to 2012, he managed private investments and worked as a consultant to oil and gas and alternative energy companies. From 2004 to 2009, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Transmeridian Exploration Incorporated, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company. From 1994 to 2004, he was a senior executive with Pride International, Inc., an international oilfield service provider and contract driller, serving as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Planning & Corporate Development, and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Pride, Mr. McNiel served as a senior financial executive with several waste management companies and an oilfield service company. He began his career in public accounting with a major international accounting firm. Mr. McNiel holds a B.B.A. from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Michael Pierson  Michael Pierson - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Pierson brings to the company over 29 years of oil and gas industry experience focused in the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Pierson has a diverse background in project development, production operations and asset abandonment. He most recently served as Chief Operations Engineer for Bennu Oil & Gas and ATP Oil and Gas Corporation where he oversaw operations for over 40 fixed platforms, 2 floating production facilities, and 6 deepwater subsea field tie-backs. Water depths for the managed assets ranged from 10' to 7,600'.

Prior to his tenure with ATP Mr. Pierson held various positions including Construction Engineer, Petroleum Engineer, and Senior Operations Engineer, with several independent E&P companies.

Mr. Pierson received a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He served as a Subcommittee Member for the 2001 OTC; a Subcommittee Member for API RP 90 Sustained Casing Pressure; and was a co-author of OTC Paper 12124 "Garden Banks 388 Abandonment - Technical Aspects Covering Pigging and Flushing Operations".

Nicolas Evanoff  Nicolas J. Evanoff - General Counsel
Mr. Evanoff has worked in and with the oil and gas industry for almost 30 years, first as an engineer with ARCO Oil & Gas Co. and then as both outside and in-house counsel to numerous E&P and oilfield services clients. From 2005 to 2015, he served as a Senior Vice President/Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for three independent, international E&P companies—Erin Energy Corp., Frontera Resources Corporation and Transmeridian Exploration Inc. During 2015-2016 and from 1997 to 2004, he held senior legal and executive positions with three international drilling contractors, Vantage Drilling International, where he was Vice President, General Counsel and Company Secretary, Pride International Inc., where he was Vice President--Corporate & Governmental Affairs, and Transocean Ltd., where he was Associate General Counsel and General Counsel, Asia & Middle East. Mr. Evanoff began his legal career with Baker Botts L.L.P. in Houston, Texas, where he practiced corporate and securities law from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Evanoff holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, and studied law at the University of Kiel in Germany under a Fulbright Grant. Mr. Evanoff is a past member of the board of directors of the Houston World Affairs Council and in 2014 received the Houston Business Journal's award for outstanding general counsel in the city of Houston.

Dannie Teel  Dannie Teel, PE - VP Subsea Projects
Dannie Teel has more than 35 years experience in projects, operations, manufacturing and engineering in the oil & gas industry with the last 18 years focused in the offshore sector with companies such as Oceaneering, Dynacon and Oceanworks International. Mr. Teel began his career at Amoco Production as a production engineer and later worked in the manufacturing sector after the downturn starting as a Design Engineer rising to General Manager, where he was responsible for manufacturing operations.

Mr. Teel recently led the Subsea Field development project management group at Oceaneering, after working at Oceanworks and Newpoint Gas Services as Manufacturing Manager and Vice President-Business Operations, respectively. Mr. Teel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a registered Professional Engineer (Texas), and certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
